Crossing Waater

Part of the upcoming Veer North exhibition at the Main Gallery, Farum Kulturhus, Stavnsholtvej  3, 3620 Farum, Denmark  from the 23rd November 2008 to 1st February 2009.

Aspects of Shetland

Joint exhibition at the Shetland Museum and Archives, Hays Dock, Lerwick, Shetland from 15th March to 14th April 2008.

Shetland is a place of broad landscapes, seascapes and open skies. Look closer, each broad view is an intricate collage of smaller detail and vivid colour. The artist is drawn to explore this detail, these elemental aspects of Shetland - wildflowers, cliffs, ponies, ravens and seabirds.

Exhibition again with a maritime flavour at the Farum Kulturhus, Flójgalleriet, Stavnsholtvej  3, 3620 Farum, Denmark  from the 3rd - 29th November 2007.

Again scenes from Shetland with drawings of cliffs, birds and flowers from the coastal areas.

Shetland Tourist Office

Display of drawings of Shetland wildlife and coastal scenes running during August 2007 at the Tourist Office, Market Cross, Lerwick.

Soup

Exhibition organised by Veer North in the Upper Gallery, Bonhoga Gallery, Weisdale, Shetland from the 9th - 28th January 2007.

Soup is a creative collage organised by the Veer North art group. There was an opportunity to purchase work from members of the Veer North group in the Lower Gallery until the 4th March 2007.

Atlantic Review

Exhibition with a maritime flavour at the Langes Magasin, Frederikssund, Denmark from the 4th - 21st November 2006.

Scenes from Shetland explored the rugged and timeless views of these northern isles with drawings of cliffs, birds and flowers from the coastal areas. These drawings were supplemented with a history of some of the wrecks around Shetland in the form of a collection of restored timbers.

Scenes from Ireland

Exhibition held  in Dublin, Ireland in 1988.

Scenes from across north Atlantic waters including coastal and wildlife views from Iceland, Faroes, Ireland and Scotland.

The scenes included drawings, pastels and water colours as well as mixed media pieces.
